I did it!
1 set of 100 pushups! Then I tried it again 2 days later, and did it again! Had to be sure you know?
I very much enjoy body weight exercises but I’m struggling to come up with another challenge for me that fits into my time restrictions. 1 year ago I did a deck of cards workout in under 35 minutes (there are many different variations of this, I might explain mine later), last Spring I ran a half-marathon, and then this was my last challenge.
So what next? Chin-ups? Dips? I’m not sure yet.
But I’m sure as hell going to brag about it a shit ton.
